What Overseas Buyers Should Include in a Calcium Silicate Board RFQ

Summary: A complete RFQ reduces back-and-forth and helps the supplier recommend the right density, thickness, machining and validation path.
A strong RFQ should describe the operating condition and acceptance target, not only ask for a price per sheet.
Application and temperature
State where the board will be used, the hot-face or operating temperature and expected exposure duration.
Dimensions and processing
Provide length, width, thickness, quantity and whether the parts require cutting, drilling, chamfering or CNC machining.
Performance and test target
List thermal conductivity, strength, cold-face temperature, fire performance or customer-specific validation requirements that matter to the project.
Commercial information
Include destination country, delivery timing, estimated annual or project quantity and preferred Incoterm if already known.
